Thank you for supporting the Aegis DM Toolkit ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds and cancellations for our paid products.
1. Paid Products Overview
We offer two paid products:
Aegis Pro — A one-time payment of $50 that grants you lifetime access to all Pro features. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or renewal fees. Once purchased, your Pro access is permanent and tied to your account.
Artist's Guild Ad — A $10/month subscription that displays your portfolio ad in the Artist's Guild gallery. Your ad is active for 30 days per billing cycle and automatically renews each month.
2. Aegis Pro Refund Policy
Because Aegis Pro provides immediate access to digital tools and premium features upon purchase, our standard policy is that all Pro sales are final and non-refundable.
Digital Access: Pro features are unlocked instantly upon payment. Because access is granted immediately, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial or prorated refunds under any standard circumstances.
3. Artist's Guild Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation: You may cancel your Artist's Guild subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Your ad will remain active until the end of the current 30-day billing period, after which it will expire and no further charges will be made.
No Prorated Refunds: If you cancel mid-cycle, your ad stays live for the remainder of the period you already paid for. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days.
Content Rejection: All submitted ads are reviewed before going live. If your ad is rejected for violating our content guidelines (e.g., NSFW or AI-generated content), we will remove the ad. You may request a refund for a rejected ad by contacting us within 7 days.
4. Exceptions
While all sales are generally final, we understand that technical errors can occur. We may, at our sole discretion, grant a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a billing error on our end or by our payment processor (Stripe).
A critical, verifiable technical issue within the Aegis DM Toolkit prevented you from accessing the features you paid for, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
To request a refund under these exceptions, you must contact us within 7 days of the disputed charge.
5. Account Termination by Us
If your account is terminated by us due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., uploading illegal content, NSFW artwork, or abusing platform infrastructure), you will not be entitled to any refund of your Pro purchase or remaining Artist's Guild subscription period.
6. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
Aegis Pro: Price changes do not affect customers who have already purchased — your lifetime access is unaffected.
Artist's Guild: Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will be notified in advance and may cancel before the new price applies.
