Thank you for supporting the Aegis DM Toolkit ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding subscription cancellations and refunds for our premium services (such as the Aegis Pro tier).
You may cancel your Aegis Pro subscription at any time. You can manage your plan or cancel directly through your account settings on the Aegis DM Toolkit platform.
Because the Aegis DM Toolkit provides immediate access to digital tools and premium server resources upon upgrading, our standard policy is that all sales are final and non-refundable.
While all sales are generally final, we understand that technical errors can occur. We may, at our sole discretion, grant a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
To request a refund under these exceptions, you must contact us within 7 days of the disputed charge.
If your account or subscription is terminated by us due to a violation of our Terms of Service or DMCA Policy (e.g., uploading illegal content or abusing the VTT infrastructure), you will not be entitled to any refund for the remaining time on your subscription.
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. If we increase the price of an active Aegis Pro subscription, we will notify you via email well in advance of the change taking effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new rate is applied.
